Copper Based Alloy Powder

Copper-based alloy powder is dense without coating, can resist fretting wear and cavitation, has good abrasion resistance and lubrication properties, and is easy to cut with coating to obtain the best finish. Copper alloy has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic properties and high strength. It is widely used in aviation, marine, electrical power and other fields.
Copper alloys can be used in heat dissipation parts in various high-temperature environments due to their excellent thermal conductivity. Additive manufacturing 3D printing can prepare complex materials with low material cost.
1. Copper and copper alloy powders of different particle sizes can be customized according to customer needs. The conventional particle size range is 20-150μm, and special specifications of fine powder are subject to actual test results.
