Vacuum Powder Production Line
Melting metals and metal alloys under vacuum or gas protection, the metal liquid flows downward through the heat preservation crucible and infusion nozzle, and through the nozzle, the metal liquid is atomised and broken into a large number of fine droplets by high pressure airflow. The fine droplets solidify into spherical and sub-spherical particles in flight, and then are screened and separated to prepare metal powders of various particle sizes.
Water Mist Powder Production Line
The aerosol powder production line uses high pressure inert gas to atomise the molten metal into powder. The fast cooling rate of the carrier gas on the liquid droplets is also conducive to obtaining powder with a high degree of sphericity. Through the well-designed cyclone separation and classification system, the particle size distribution of the powder can be well controlled, thus giving the powder good fluidity.
Aerosol Powder Production Line
The water mist powder production line adopts high-speed and high-pressure water flow to carry out rapid cooling and atomisation of molten metal for a fast and efficient preparation process. The collected wet powder is dried to obtain alloy powder with low oxygen content and high sphericity.
